The staff were so helpful, they practically planned my entire trip for me. And imagine, they even offered me a paid airport shuttle service, because who wants to bother with public transport?
TV and aircon were a bit sketchy, but I guess I didn't come to Rome to watch TV or feel comfortable anyway, right?

The room was surprisingly modern and comfortable, with cool LED lighting and a smart TV that had YouTube and Netflix. It felt like a high-end hotel experience! the location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and in a safe area. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The room was smaller than expected and the shower was cramped, making it difficult to move around. the cleanliness of the floors could also be improved.

The room at Primus Monti Suites was really comfortable and had everything I needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the hot Roman summer. The desk came in handy for working on my laptop, and I appreciated having a fridge to keep my drinks cold. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening relaxation. I felt right at home in the room.
Personally, I didn't find the bidet in the private bathroom necessary, but I understand that some guests might prefer it.
